The money questions, answered from the price list and the terms.
What does the free scan include?
One cloud account: your total waste per month and the top 3 findings, with the rest counted. Nobody pays anything before seeing it.
How is the price set?
By the size of your monthly cloud bill: up to ₹10 lakh, up to ₹50 lakh, or up to ₹2 crore. Above that, we quote. It is never a percentage of your bill or of what we save you.
What if the audit finds less than it cost?
The audit fee comes back if the audit finds less monthly waste than its fee.
Does the audit count towards a plan?
Yes. Start a plan within 60 days of the audit and the audit fee is credited against it.
Is GST included? What about TDS?
Prices exclude 18% GST, which is added on the invoice. TDS as applicable: add the Form 16A certificate number on the invoice in the console and we match it each quarter.
Can we cancel?
Any month. Your workloads never ran on CoverOps, so stopping changes nothing in your cloud; delete the role and the access ends.
Do you mark up our cloud bill?
No. Your cloud bill stays in your own account with your provider, and CoverOps never resells or marks it up.
How soon does the audit report arrive?
Within 3 working days of payment, reviewed by an engineer, followed by a 60-minute readout with your engineers and budget owner.
