Refund and cancellation policy

The free scan

The free scan costs nothing and needs no payment details.

The audit

• The audit is paid in full before it starts, against a GST invoice.
• Refund guarantee: if the audit finds less recurring monthly waste than its fee (before GST), we refund the whole fee. Ask within 30 days of receiving the report.
• If we have not started the audit, you can cancel it and get the whole fee back. Once an engineer has started reviewing your accounts, the refund guarantee above is how you get your money back.
• Start a monthly plan within 60 days of paying for the audit and the whole audit fee is credited against your plan invoices. A fee that has been credited is not also refunded.

Monthly plans and add-ons

• Plans and add-ons are billed monthly, after the month, for the days they ran.
• Cancel any time from Billing in the console, or by writing to us. The plan runs to the end of the plan month already started, then stops, and that month is the last one billed; add-ons stop the next day. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.
• Annual prepaid plans (12 months for the price of 10) can be cancelled at any time; we refund the unused months at the monthly price, less the discount already given.
• Engineering hours and projects are billed for work done and are not refundable once delivered.

How refunds are paid

• To the original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking or bank transfer) through Cashfree Payments or our bank.
• We approve or decline a request within 5 working days; an approved refund reaches you in 5–7 working days.
• We issue a GST credit note for every refund.

What we never charge

Your cloud bill stays in your own account and is paid by you to your provider. We never collect it, mark it up or take a share of it, and we never charge a share of your savings.
