What shipped, and what is missing

Read off the product’s commit history. We publish the gaps as well as the wins.

Production review fixes

Sign-in limits per account, API keys that expire, every page of cloud bills and inventories read, stopped servers and unattached volumes judged correctly, billing months that end on the right day, and plain words throughout the console.

GST invoices, credit notes and the audit intake

GST invoices and credit notes with a register, TDS handling, an intake form and timeline for each audit, the refund guarantee in the report, a viewer role, a data export, and a stricter content security policy.

CoverOps Agent

A read-only plan of what to do now, this week, this month and ongoing, with the reason and the exact command for every fix. The plan comes from the same measurements as the console. Chat about the plan is not available yet; it is on the roadmap.

DigitalOcean and Oracle Cloud connect live

Inventory, billed cost and CPU utilisation, read-only. DigitalOcean uses a custom-scoped token with an expiry; Oracle Cloud uses a signed API key on a read-only group. Fixes on both are advice-only for now.

Alerts that leave the console

Email, Slack, webhook and PagerDuty channels now deliver. Webhook hosts are resolved and refused if they point at a private network.

Guided onboarding and a reviewed audit summary

The connect wizard shows what each cloud needs before you start and verifies access before saving. Every audit now opens with an executive summary, drafted with Claude and reviewed by a CoverOps engineer, and lists the exact command for each fix.

The audit report

Every finding the waste engine produces, ranked and priced per month in ₹ or $, grouped into do-this-week, plan-this-month and investigate. It says whether each figure came from billing data or list prices, and prints to PDF.

CoverOps AI

Cost forecasting with budget-breach prediction, waste detection that raises proposals on its own, and explanations on every anomaly. A plain-English assistant is on the roadmap, not shipped.

Tenant isolation, enforced by tests

More than a hundred tests now prove one workspace cannot read or change another's data. Those tests still run on every change.

Leaving one workspace no longer signs you out of others

Removing a member used to end their sessions everywhere. It now ends only the sessions in the workspace they left.

Audited support visits

When our staff need to look at your workspace to help, the visit is time-limited, read-only for support roles, shown to you in a banner, and written to your audit log.

Live AWS, Azure and GCP adapters

Inventory, utilisation and cost come from each provider's own APIs through a role you apply. A live account on a provider without an adapter is refused, never served simulated data.

Known gaps

The things we get asked for most and do not have yet. We would rather you learn this here than three weeks into an evaluation:

  • Fixes on DigitalOcean and Oracle Cloud are advice-only. CoverOps shows the exact change; your team applies it. Both live adapters are new and still being proven on real accounts. See the roadmap.
  • No WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams or SMS alerts yet. Email, Slack, webhook and PagerDuty deliver today.
  • No third-party security certification. See the security page for what we do instead.

If one of these is a blocker for you, tell us. Knowing which gap costs us the most conversations is genuinely how we decide what to build next.
