Somebody should be reading the whole bill
Cut your cloud bill. Safely. Indian companies spending ₹3 lakh a month or more on cloud pay for servers nobody uses, disks nobody attached and sizes nobody revisited. We find it, price it in rupees, and fix only what you approve.
What we are building
Any team can tell you their cloud bill. Very few can tell you which servers did no work last month, which volumes are attached to nothing, or which instances are three sizes too big. The spend is visible. The waste inside it is not.
CoverOps puts a price on that waste: idle and stopped servers, unattached volumes, oversized instances. Each one becomes a number in rupees with a fix attached, worked out through a read-only role in your own account. GPU and LLM-agent spend are experiments on demo data, not part of the product yet.
The constraint we hold ourselves to is portability. Nothing we produce needs us to keep running. Delete the role and your estate carries on exactly as before.
Where we are
The console is live at platform.coverops.dev with self-serve signup. AWS, Azure, GCP, DigitalOcean and Oracle Cloud connect live and read-only, and the CoverOps Agent turns what it finds into a plan. The free scan covers one account; the audit starts at ₹24,999 + GST, set by your cloud bill.
If you are evaluating us, ask three things: what works today, what does not, and how you get your infrastructure back out. We will answer all three plainly on the contact page, and the roadmap already answers the second.
How we build it
- Automation over headcount
- If a task happens twice, it belongs in code. The answer to operational load is better software, not a longer on-call rota.
- No black boxes
- Every finding carries its evidence and says whether its number came from billing data or list prices. Read what we propose, reject it, or fix it yourself.
- Your account, your keys
- We do not host your workloads. We work through a role you create in your own account, read-only by default, and every action lands in your audit log.
- Defaults over theatre
- Read-only by default, a named approver on every change, a snapshot behind every fix. Defaults, not upgrades.
